Ivan Karlin, M.Eng., P.Eng
Ivan Karlin, M.Eng., P.Eng has 23 years of progressive and
responsible engineering experience. He graduated from McGill
University in Montréal, Quebec in 1981 with a Bachelor
of Engineering degree and from the University
of Toronto in 2000 with a Master of Engineering degree. |

Following graduation in 1981, Ivan worked for T.J. Echcedi
& Associates in Toronto as a structural engineer for the
Yorkdale
Parking Expansion Project. Upon completion of the Yorkdale
Project in 1982, Ivan joined Stone
& Webster where he was assigned field engineering
positions in Connecticut, New York, Louisiana and Pennsylvania.
Ivan later worked for Planmac
Consultants as a structural and site engineer for projects
involving Toronto Transit Commission and the City of Toronto
Metro Works Department.
In 1988, Ivan joined Consultec
Ltd. as a structural engineer working on projects in the
cement plant industry. While working for Consultec, he continued
gaining valuable experience as a structural engineer combined
with field supervision and inspections. |
In 1994, Ivan accepted a six month contract assignment
in St. John's Newfoundland with Monenco Agra (through Shawmont
Engineering Ltd.) where he worked in St. John's on the design
of the Gravity Base Structure for the Hibernia Project.
From 1995 to 2003, Ivan worked for Holcim
Group Support (Canada) Ltd. as a civil/structural engineer.
He was assigned as lead civil/structural engineer and department
deputy manager, where he continued gaining valuable experience
in detail design and project management. |

In his position as lead engineer and department deputy
manager, Ivan was responsible for quality control, coordination
of work, resource planning, construction cost estimations,
scheduling, budget control, contact with clients and contractors.
While working for Holcim Group Support (Canada) Ltd., Ivan
completed his Master of Engineering degree at the University
of Toronto.
In addition to his membership with the Professional
Engineers of Ontario, Ivan is also a registered member
of the Professional Engineers and Architects of the State
of Missouri. |
Anhal (Andy) Hraiche B.A.Sc.
Andy is a seasoned designer and leader who excels in bridging
engineering concept with design technologies. Andy earned
a B.A.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University
of Ottawa and has maintained life-long learning with many
advanced graduate courses in structural design, dynamic analysis,
foundation design and structural steel design. |
| Andy has over 22 years of Civil/Structural
Engineering experience in designing heavy-duty industrial
complexes, petrochemical, paint and wallpaper manufacturing
and nuclear power plants as well as residential and commercial
buildings.

Bill is a Civil Engineering Designer and Scientific
Technologist with exceptional skills in Computer Aided Design
software-based drafting applications.
As a Civil Engineering Designer Bill has supervised development
of cement plants in: Midlothian TX, Devil's Slide UT, St.
Lawrence ON, Dufferin Aggregates ON, Boyaca -Columbia, St.
Laurent PQ, Campana - Argentina.
As a designer and draftsman, Bill has created drawings for
plants in: Holly Hill SC, Dundee MI, Portland CO, Devil's
Slide UT, Alamo TX, Portland NY, Tecoman I & II MX, Cerro
Blanco de Polpaico - Chile, Orizaba MX, Ramox Arizpe MX, St.

Ernest F. Graham
Ernie is a Senior Civil/Structural Engineering Designer and
C.A.D. Systems Operator and assists in the quality preparation
of engineering drawings, schedules and technical data and
drawings. |

Ernie has designed and drafted technical
drawings for major mining and smelting companies such as:
Dofasco, Stelco, Inco, Barrick Goldstrike and Elliot Lake
Mines; cement operations: St. Mary's, Signal Mountain, St.
Lawrence and many more in Mexico, Gautemala, Puerto Rico,
Columbia, Chile and the U.S.A., and major commercial clients
such as: Bryne Incorporated, L.H. Schwindt, Proctor &
Gamble and the Ministry of Transportation & Communications. |
